Boxing is an excellent way to burn calories. Despite it being a very efficient way to eat into any caloric surplus its just plain fun to get rid of the frustrations of day to day life by hitting something. Its hard work that feels like fun. For that reason I utilise it regularly in my work with clients who are looking to lose weight.
